Joseph I. Skow, M.D., is a plastic surgeon at Saint Paul Plastic Surgery and Shriners Hospitals for Children — Twin Cities. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and earned a medical degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. Dr. Skow completed an internship at Harkness Community Hospital and Medical Center in San Francisco, California, and a residency in general surgery at United Hospital in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He completed a second residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery from Butterworth Hospital at Michigan State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
