Robin C. Crandall, M.D.

Robin C. Crandall, M.D., is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Twin Cities. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and received a medical degree from the University of Minnesota, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Crandall completed an internship at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, and a residency at the University of Minnesota, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He completed an additional fellowship in amputation surgery at Rancho Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, California.

Areas of special interest to Dr. Crandall are pediatric orthopaedic care, limb deficiency, orthopaedic surgery, joint reconstruction (upper and lower extremities), orthopaedic infections, sports medicine, arthroscopy, arthritis and osteoporosis care. He has been involved with the Limb Deficiency Clinic at the Twin Cities Shriners Hospital for over 30 years.

Dr. Crandall is a member of the Association of Children’s Prosthetic-Orthotic Clinics, a fellow at the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a member at the Minnesota Medical Association.
