Nancy Jacobs, CNS

Nancy Jacobs, RN, is a board-certified pediatric clinical nurse specialist at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Portland. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing at the University of Arkansas, and her master's degree in maternal/child nursing at the University of Tennessee.

Jacobs joined the Shriners Hospitals for Children — Portland medical staff in 2013. Her career has focused on the acute and chronic care of pediatric surgical patients for the past 25 years. She also holds a Wound, Ostomy and Continence Certification, with an emphasis in pediatric incontinence issues. Most recently, she worked for the department of pediatric surgery at OHSU, both in the inpatient and outpatient settings. Nancy provides inpatient medical management of the orthopaedic, thoracic and plastic surgery patients.
