Crystal Haakenson, D.P.T.

Crystal Haakenson, D.P.T., is a pediatric physical therapist at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Salt Lake City.

She received her bachelor's in health and exercise science from Colorado State University and her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Utah in 2011, and has worked at Shriners Hospitals for Children since 2012. Before coming to Shriners Hospital, she worked at Primary Children’s Hospital and the University of Utah Hospital. She specializes in treating orthopaedic and neurologic conditions in children and adolescents.

Crystal has a passion for exploring the outdoors and a love for traveling the world.
