Joshua Klatt, M.D.

Joshua Klatt, M.D., is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Salt Lake City and assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of Utah.

Dr. Klatt received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic residency training at the University of Utah and received subspecialty training with his fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery at Shriners Hospitals for Children and Primary Children's Hospital. Dr. Klatt completed an additional year of fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at the Starship Children's Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand.

Dr. Klatt's clinical practice is based primarily at Primary Children's Hospital and works routinely at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Salt Lake City. His areas of special interest and research focus include pediatric musculoskeletal trauma, pediatric hip pathology and developmental deformities of the lower extremities.

When Dr. Klatt is not working, he and his wife Amanda have loved experiencing the world through the eyes of their little 2-year-old red-haired tornado! He has enjoyed being able to incorporate her into their outdoor lifestyle of skiing, hiking, camping and boating.
