Natalie Raleigh, RN, MSN, CCM

Natalie Raleigh, RN, MSN, CCM, is the director of patient care services/nurse executive at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Salt Lake City. She is an experienced health care leader with over 22 years of nursing experience. She approaches leadership with an open mind and a focus on the “team approach” while helping to develop staff members in a way that maximizes their individual strengths. She takes great pride in striving to build a culture of excellence, teamwork, patient safety and employee satisfaction.

From her early exposure to nursing as a certified nursing assistant and licensed practical nurse, Natalie continued her nursing education. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Westminster College and received her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Utah. Natalie’s clinical experience includes staff and leadership positions in telemetry, intensive care and case management. Prior to joining the team at Shriners Hospital for Children — Salt Lake City, she was the director of nursing at Jordan Valley Medical Center – West Valley Campus.

When Natalie is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and their two children, golfing in the summer months, and snow skiing in the winter months.
