Lynn A. Carbone, BSN, RN, CPN, CNML

Lynn A. Carbone, BSN, RN, CPN, CNML, is the inpatient director of nursing at Shriners Hospitals for Children — Springfield, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the inpatient surgical unit, inpatient rehabilitation unit and respiratory therapy department. Lynn has an associate’s degree in business administration from Albertus Magnus College and received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut. Lynn is a certified pediatric nurse as well as a certified nurse manager and leader. She has 14 years of experience working in the insurance industry before becoming a nurse, and has devoted the last 13 years of her career to pediatric nursing in acute care hospital settings. Lynn is also a member of the Organization of Nurse Leaders.
